Automatically maintains the 70% humidity levels required to keep cigars at their freshest. The humidification process is actually controlled by the nontoxic chemicals we charge into the Crystals in the factory. You never have to add anything but plain distilled water again. The crystals swell up when they have water in them and shrink when they need more, takes all the guess work out of it. The size is perfect to stash a few in different parts of your humidor. Great for portable humidors
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I been using these in my portable humidors (10-30 cigars). You need to use about 1 tube for every 20 cigars. If your cigars are properly humidified prior to putting them in, and the you keep the humidor out of the heat, it will last about a week before needing to be refilled. Tips: be sure to use distilled water not tap; if you’re not going to use the tubes all the time (i.e, just when your traveling) be sure to keep the solid cap that comes with the tube for resealing; gently shake the tube to remove excess water before placing in your humidor.
Having trouble getting it up?
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
Seems no matter what humidifier I use in my humidor, I couldn’t get the humidity to the point I needed. I bought 2 of these babies and it’s like a tropical rainforest in there. Got that humidity up in no time. No brainer to use. No more dry cigars!
Good humidifier

Very handy item. Takes the guess work out of when to add water and does not leak when used as directed. I have 2 large humidors and have 4 in each box.
Amazing
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I always had trouble keeping my cigars fresh and properly humidified, but the DryMistat has solved all my problems. One tube had my travel humidor, which lives in my truck, up to 70% humidity within a day and has kept it there. This product has helped to drastically improve the quality of my smokes!
A Great Device
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
i use this in my travel humidor and i love it. all you do is add tap water to the fill line pop it in the humidor and it holds at 70% with no issues. my travel humidor is a plastic one so it takes very little to season it (leave the drymistat in there for an hour or 2) but in my nice large humidor at the house once it was properly seasoned i put 3 drymistat’s in there (75 cigars) and it also holds right at 70%. i would not use any other humidity device.
Not bad

I got one of these for my small cigar box and it worked fine. It took couple of days but I think that was because my cigars were pretty dry to begin with. Easy to use, works over time. I’m probably going to purchase two this time for my bigger box. Would recommend-
Great for your humidor

These things are as good as advertised. And they do not take up much space in your humidor. They are great for everyone and I highly recommend them.
Good
Rating:3 out of 5 stars
They work great at keeping the humidity at 70%, but I have to keep them store at an angle in my humidor because they spill through the perforated cap. I also try it in my travel humidor (Cigar Caddy) and it spill all over my cigars. Any advice to correct this?
Works great for years
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I’ve been using these for about eight years. They work great. I replace them when they get brownish, which happens at about the five-year mark, but some last longer. The brownish color may not mean they’re bad, but I prefer to replace them at that point.
Great little humidifier

Works great. Easy to use. Just add a little water every once in a while. I had to cut it down a little to fit the cigarillo box. Glad it was made of plastic! I highly recommend!
Could It Be Easier?
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
You can spend a lifetime trying to get those cigars to 70% humidity with all kinds of humidifiers and sensors, or you could just buy one or two of these things and never worry about it again.
The drymistat humiditube couldn’t be easier to use. You buy these by the single tube. Inside the clear plastic cigar sized tube, is the clear water absorbing gel – the same thing used in diapers and the magic soil additive so you don’t have to water plants so often stuff. There’s absolutely no instructions, you peel off the shrink wrapped top, pop the solid lid off, add water up to the top line, pop on the cap with the little holes, and into your humidor or plastic bag goes the tube. And voila, 70% humidity where ever you’ve stuck this thing.
It’s hard to imagine how anything could be more simple than these tubes. No need to muck around with those humidifier discs, wondering if they have water in them or not. Look at the clear tube, when the gel shrinks below the bottom blue line, time to add water.
One tube is really enough to support a small humidor.
