I love this little hygrometer. It came out of the box perfectly calibrated. Its about the size of a cigar, so it fits into the humidor easily. I leave it on top of my cigars and peer through the glass on the top of my humidor frequently to read the temperature and humidity level. Its given me piece of mind and is an integral part of my cigar preservation efforts. I strongly recommend this item.

The first Little Havana hygrometer I received had a defective visual display and was inoperable. However, with one phone call, the supplier replaced it and provided a postage paid shipper to return the defective unit. The replacement functions as advertised tho’ it tests approximately 2% high against the Boveda calibration system. Also, it has no adjustable calibration feature so you have to make the mental calculation or write the correction factor on the unit.
The size, shape and readibility are all perfect for small to midsize humidors.

The Little Havana hygrometer I was sent is 9 degrees over actual humidity & can’t be calibrated. I wrote -9 on the LCD with a Sharpie to remember actual level. The Caliber 2 hygrometer I bought is 1 degree over actual humidity.

I purchased this hygrometer several weeks ago and it has been well worth it. It doesn’t have too many bells and whistles, but lets face it, all it really does is sit in your humidor all day. it gives max and min values for temp and humidity and is extremely easy to use. put in the batteries and put it in your humidor. I had 2 cheap hygrometers that would read different levels even though they were both calibrated at the same time in the same method. The little havana made both of them useless. My smokes now burn more evenly and are a much greater pleasure to smoke.
